The game
Ruello is a free game. The daily streets and all game modes are free to play. Accounts are optional.
Fair play
Play with one account. Don't automate the game, attack the service, or use names that are offensive or impersonate others. We may remove names, scores or accounts that break these rules.
Ruello Pro
Ruello Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown before you pay. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices include VAT where it applies. Add your refund rule here, for example: no refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
Map data
Maps and street names come from OpenStreetMap contributors and can contain mistakes. If the game doesn't accept a correct answer, contact us and we'll look at it.
Liability
Ruello is provided as is. We aren't liable for interruptions or data loss, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Swiss law applies; the place of jurisdiction is YOUR CITY.
